Remote Management

An important part of your IT infrastructure &support, Remote Monitoring can make all the difference when trying to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. It can determine simple performance issues and system requirements to identifying the need for a complete system reconfiguration. Real-time 24×7 monitoring provides peace of mind that key infrastructure components are operating reliably.

Remote Monitoring is completely secure whether on one or over multiple sites and undertaken by our Microsoft Certified Engineers. If we need to gain access to a PC or Server to assess a problem, it is done securely through VPN login with comprehensive login areas and encrypted passwords.

Monitoring undertaken on our support contracts has uncovered many issues such as backup and storage warnings which have been red-flagged and a new hard drive can be ordered and an engineer on their way before you even recognise that there is a problem. Remote Monitoring takes the pressure off your day-to-day management of IT resources and allows us to create a stable environment in which you can work completely reassured.
